I can't get openoffice to install using my new MacbookPro with the Intel
chip. Everything else seems to work fine. The problem seems to be a
version problem (see below), but if thats the case how is anyone else
using this package.
My fink version is
13 7:04pm ~ % fink -V
Package manager version: 0.26.0
Distribution version: 0.8.1.rsync i386
and 10.4.8 is the Mac system version
Anyone have any suggestions?

A similar problem occurs using the firefox version.
