Hmm...it appears that the package isn't available from its original
source URL either (which isn't supposed to result in it being removed
from the mirrors, however).

I'll cc the maintainer on this.

If you don't really need _that_ version of the package, the older one
is still available via

fink install f2c-20030428-1
