I don't think it is in Fink yet. The breqn package is distributed by
the AMS, and I have asked them whether they are ok if I include the
code directly in the cadabra distribution, but this requires some
bureaucratical nonsense which apparently takes time. 

I have a Debian (or rather Ubuntu) package on the cadabra download
page which might be a start. See the breqn* files in
