I built htmldoc with FLTK/aqua on 10.4.8 (intel), and it built fine.

descdetail:
   * Converts HTML files to PDF or PostScript
   * Generates a table-of-contents for books
   * Generates indexed HTML files
   * Generates files on-the-fly for web applications, from the command-
     line for batch jobs.
   * Provides a command-line interface for batch and WWW applications.

However, when executed, the window never gets focus. I can click on
buttons, and they work fine, but I can't enter any text into the text boxes.

Any suggestions? My best idea so far is to just build fltk for X11, but I'd
rather use the native windowing system.

Thanks for any and all help.

J. Alexander Jacocks
