It's in progress, but requires an update to every package that currently
depends on pango, so it takes a ton of testing.

I'm in the process of doing that testing, and when I'm done, I'll
announce it on the -devel list to have maintainers check over the
(massive) changes I had to do to make gnome stuff all happy again.
