I just uploaded info files for octave-2.9.15 and octave-forge-20071014 to the package submission tracker: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=17203&atid=414256 I had previously emailed the developers with these, but they must be busy this week. You can use the info files by placing them in your local/main tree.
