You could edit the glew package description file (from "fink dumpinfo
-finfofile glew") yourself and add the fix.

I'd recommend copying that to to your local tree ( e.g.
/sw/fink/dists/local/main/finkinfo ) and make sure that local/main
appears in the Trees: line of /sw/etc/fink.conf .
