I checked the usual fix for this ("ac_cv_exeext='' ./configure") into
cvs. Against breakage later on, I also applied the libGL dylib_file
patch. It then goes a long way, crashing with the error

The line in question is
typedef uint64_t uint64;
So I guess there is a fix available as for all those packages that
failed on similar lines with uint32, but I am fed up with Apple crap for
today and leave this to someone else.
