Put all three files in this directory
cd /sw/fink/10.4/
sudo mkdir local/main/finkinfo/languages
cd local/main/finkinfo/languages
sudo mv ~/Desktop/{php,ming}* .
fink index
fink install php5
That should hopefully do it
