It works, thanks!

Running:
sudo dpkg -r --force-all xorg xorg-shlibs xfree86 xfree86-shlibs
This produced this error:
mv: rename /private/etc/fonts/fonts.conf to
/private/etc/fonts/fonts.conf.xfree86: No such file or directory
mv: rename /private/etc/fonts/fonts.dtd to
/private/etc/fonts/fonts.dtd.xfree86: No such file or directory

To solve it:
cd /private/etc/fonts/
mv fonts.conf.bak fonts.conf
mv fonts.dtd.bak fonts.dtd
sudo dpkg -r --force-all xorg xorg-shlibs xfree86 xfree86-shlibs

Now X11 is removed.

Then, installed the last X11 version (X11 2.2.1) from:
http://xquartz.macosforge.org/trac/wiki/Releases

Now fink update-all is working perfectly.

Many thanks,
DAvid
