Indeed. I built it on Tiger successfully, too.

Looking at SoftwareUpdate receipts, I see that the file that was posing 
problems back in February,
/System/Library/Frameworks/WebKit.framework/Versions/A/WebKit,
has been updated at least 4 times this year, the last time by the 
Safari311Upd package with a date stamp of Apr 4. Maybe one of the last 
updates fixed the problem.

Of course, we don't know if thetrystero's build problem had anything to 
do with the problem that was discussed back in February; he didn't tell 
us yet what it was.
