Indeed. I built it on Tiger successfully, too. Looking at SoftwareUpdate receipts, I see that the file that was posing problems back in February, /System/Library/Frameworks/WebKit.framework/Versions/A/WebKit, has been updated at least 4 times this year, the last time by the Safari311Upd package with a date stamp of Apr 4. Maybe one of the last updates fixed the problem.
