I'd recommend "gnucash2", since that's the latest version. 

If you're not seeing that, either,  then you probably need to run "fink 
selfupdate-rsync" or "fink selfupdate-cvs" to turn on access to the 
package descriptions needed to build stuff from source--to do so you'll 
need to install whatever version of Xcode is appropriate for your OS 
version (2.5 for 10.4, 3.1 for 10.5). 

We don't yet have gnucash2 in binary format, so you'll need to build it, 
and its dependencies, from source.
