As long as you're using fink, you might as well just type "fink install gnucash2" in a terminal window. Fink should take care of all the dependencies. The gnucash package is much older than the gnucash2 package, and it would be extremely unusual if you really wanted the older version. What version of OS X are you using? What fink version?
