You skipped the real cause of your error in the "...".
What's probably going on is that something failed in the build and
caused the step where the missing html files got generated to be
skipped.
Check in those lines of output for an error.

This is often the case, but wasn't this time. The essential part
actually was above: this package had a missing BuildDepend on doxygen.
This is now fixed, so if you do a selfupdate in a bit and if 'fink
list libftgl1' shows version 2.1.2-4, you'll be able to install it.
(version 2.1.2-3 was an update that wasn't intended for _this_ issue)------------------------------------------------------------------------------
