Hello Alexander,
my bad, it was a problem with my Makefiles, they were all done to use the
paths for the old installation and not with the $CERN_ROOT paths like the
fink distribution sets.
I've updated them and now it's ok.
Another user (Peter) sent me some ENV variables from his shell and that
reminded me of checking that problem and also alerted me to the fact that I
needed to install the data for the optional physics processes.
