Has anybody successfully installed gdl on mac os 10.4 ?
More infos on my trials below.
Also, I would be happy with an older version of gdl. The only one I see
in fink is:
$ fink list gdl
gdl 0.9pre6-1001 GNU Data Language
Say, the 0.9-pre5 would be fine. But I don't see it in fink. Any ideas ?

I tried to install gdl, but the process stopped somewhere in the

I don't understand, because it seems that gtk+2 is installed:
$ fink list gtk+2

I also tried to install plplot (needed by gdl) with fink, but got the
same kind of error than with gdl.
I was able to install an older version of wxgtk, but not the last one:
$ fink list wxgtk
i wxgtk 2.5.2.8-1006 Cross-platform GUI API - unix/gtk version
i wxgtk-shlibs 2.5.2.8-1006 Cross-platform GUI API - unix/gtk version
wxgtk2.8 2.8.7-19 Cross-platform GUI API - unix/gtk version

but this didn't allow more successful installations of gdl or plplot.
