Judging from the configure.ac from jack, it doesn't really matter wether libsndfile is installed, if the pkg_check fails, the jackrec example client just won't be built. So it would have also been safe to remove the build dependency. But it seems Daniel was quicker :-)

Oops. libsndfile1 only uses jack for the sndfile-jackplay program
which I have now disabled. Update to libsndfile1 1.0.19-2 and
everything should be good.
