Just for the record, ghc-6.8.3-2 compiles fine on a 10.5.6 Intel box. Brendan: I noticed that the package description of ghc-6.8.3 for PowerPC (ghc-powerpc.info) doesn’t include ln -s %p/lib/libgmp.dylib gmp as in ghc-i386.info.
