you try to run bootstrap from an old fink source tarball. Why are you 
doing this? Your Fink installation seems to be OK and up to date otherwise.

Or is your message incomplete and between the funny-looking bootstrap of 
fink-0.27.13 and the command fink --version, which shows fink-0.29.2, 
you ommitted the whole output of a long bootstrap/selfupdate/update-all 
procedure?

Whatever it is, your Fink looks OK now.
