I am testing a backport of the patch for --disable-libjava-multilib
to gcc 4.2.4 since that eliminates the need to regenerate any
configure files in order to avoid the libjava multilib build.
Assuming it builds fine, I'll just update gcc42-4.2.4-1000's info
and patch files without a reversion bump.
