This is not really related to gcc44, as such. Such errors can occur if a terminal session dies while you're building, or your machine shuts off, etc. What you'd want to do is edit /sw/var/lib/dpkg/status as a super-user with a unix-line-ending-friendly editor go to around line 9393, and change 'installed' to 'not-installed'. - -- Alexander Hansen Fink User Liaison -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.9 (Darwin) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAkp9o8AACgkQB8UpO3rKjQ/7lgCeNQlIf15kkoF0lK2x2RfVY5Yw vlMAn0M9Hynb5QcZAGtOLAWRJ6+7+Tic =ENav -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Let Crystal Reports handle the reporting - Free Crystal Reports 2008 30-Day trial.
