Looks normal to me; just some extra verbosity. I get the same thing.

To start fink packages from anything other than the OS X terminal
requires the launching agent to initialize fink's environment.  One can
do this in a menu item from X11:

". /sw/bin/init.sh ; gnucash"

To use other terminals than the regular OS X one, like xterm, you can
make sure to load in /sw/bin/init.sh (or /sw/bin/init.csh) manually, or,
better yet, always run as a login shell.  xterm does this if you invoke
it as 'xterm -ls', and others take different options.
