Hi all, I've been trying to install GDAL with Fink to make it works with GMT 4.5.1 However I get an error message installing GDAL using fink.
fink install gdal-1.6.1-1001 The installation fails when trying to install The package 'hdf' - See below Reading build dependency for hdf-4.2r1-1012... WARNING: While resolving dependency "g95 >= 0.50-20060414" for package "hdf-4.2r1-1012", package "g95" was not found. Can't resolve dependency "g95 (>= 0.50-20060414)" for package "hdf-4.2r1-1012" (no matching packages/versions found) Exiting with failure. It might be obvious for some, but I would some help/pointers to get GDAL installed.
