We've tracked the problem down to ocaml 3.11.1 incorrectly generating the ocaml glue (3.10 used to work): http://caml.inria.fr/mantis/view.php?id=4841 Brendan, who maintains our ocaml package, has just committed a new version including a patch that should fix this issue.
