Looks good so far, except libdvdnav4 is definitely broken from a packaging point of view. libdvdnav.4.dylib is already packaged, in libdvdnav/libdvdnav4-shlibs, so that package should be updated to require libdvdread.4 instead of making a whole new one, since that breaks upgrades. The x264 info file is named wrong, too, it should be libx264-dev.info. Also, you will need to rev-up the other libdvdread* packages so that they can be updated to conflict with libdvdread.4.
