You won't see any packages from the unstable tree after enabling
unstable until you do a selfupdate with either rsync or cvs updating
turned on. (selfupdate-rsync or selfupdate-cvs; after that just
'selfupdate' works)

It appears that the last person to sync wine in stable didn't check
all the distributions. Tsk. ;-)
