Hi,
        Can you try the gmp5.info at:

http://fink.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/fink/experimental/fangism/finkinfo/gmp5.info?view=log

(Download, copy to /sw/fink/dists/local/main/finkinfo, and rebuild)

This fix patches config.guess to give an architecture that configure can 
recognize.  This worked with the previous version.
