The links in /usr/bin just disappeared. Everything is under /Developer
now. This must have been a side effect of using the Xcode 4.1.1 dmg
from connect.apple.com versus the App Store version.
I had to hack PATHs to get to the right executables in the bootstrap
script, afterward I get these errors:
# ./bootstrap

Without those mods, the script doesn't really get far.
The problem with distribution of Xcode through the App Store is it
doesn't permit you to download to another Mac. In my case, I own
multiple Macs. How very stupid of them.
