Oops; I was experimenting with trying to make it use graphicsmagick (doesn't work) and I didn't revert that completely. Do a selfupdate and you should get at least 1.0.7-3 (added last night) which fixes some other problems, or possibly 1.0.7-5 (added just a few moments ago).
