First, thanks for the fix of struct-oct305-1.0.9-1.

I have continued to play with octave and friends and I have found the
following glitches:

(1) tsa-4.1.1.tar.gz does not exist, but tsa-4.1.1.tgz does.
(2) fltk-backend-oct-3.2.4.info depends on qrupdate, but not on
qrupdate-atlas. This is the cause of a dead-lock when building 
octave*-atlas.
(3) Failed: phase compiling: nan-oct324-2.4.4-2 failed with
