Henriette, Be aware that molmol has limited functionality under Lion. The new X11 in Lion is based on the libxcb library rather than Xlib...
http://xcb.freedesktop.org/ This causes breakage in the old X11 code used in molmol to output graphics files. Under Lion, saving a tiff file from molmol will crash the program. A similar but not identical issue is seen with molmol on x86_64 Fedora 15 which uses libxcb where the tiff file is saved but contains corrupted data. Jack ps This issue first appeared in MacPorts under SL because their packages are built against the bleeding edge X11 which is now part of Lion. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ All the data continuously generated in your IT infrastructure contains a definitive record of customers, application performance, security threats, fraudulent activity and more.
