You are correct the error is similar to the one that someone else reported.  
However, I never tinkered with files in /usr/include are from June to August 1 
of this year. See the error below. 

I tried the following which did not work. I deleted an old version of Xcode. I 
rebuilt Xcode.  I am using 4.2.1 and I rebooted.  I am still getting the same 
error message.
