I just committed a new reviison of gst-plugins that has dbus dependencies fixed (I think) as well as updating for another dep change (the gsm package had been renamed as well). Totally untested, except to shift the latest versions of these packages from unstable to stable (where even older ones had existed) and check that (on 10.6/i386) there do not appear to be any other holes in the dependency tree.
