'cc' is the same (literally the same file) as 'gcc'.

- -no-cpp-precomp doesn't do anything on current OS X versions.  In
principle that could be removed.  It's not something that we chose to
use, but is in the upstream mesa build configuration.

I have solved this problem and mesa has been installed successfully.

But they still compile using "cc" instead of gcc or g++
, the next line is still -no-cpp-precomp -dynamic -Ddarwin ...

Is it correct? No harm?
