Yeah, the source specification needs to be fixed--it's putting in "-atlas" for the -atlas variant and that doesn't make for a recognized source. Unfortunately, we're having CVS issues so I can't do that right now, but you can work around this by using fink fetch arpack-ng -- Alexander K.
