This is a pitfall in using two Fink installations. Use
"/path/to/old/fink remove lyx-mac" (replacing /path/to/old/ by your
actual old Fink tree). Or remove /Applications/Fink/LyX.app manually
and do your current "fink install lyx-mac" again.
