Nope, works for me (freeciv-2.2.7-11). I haven't yet tried some other GTK+2 programs, as i imagine that GTK itself is pretty low on the list of suspects - after all, we are using the same version in all OSX releases. It seems like what's left is the new X11 or an underlying change in the way 10.7 handles the dock.
