Again, 10.4 is no longer supported by the project.  All of the updates
for 10.4 have been by individual maintainers (mostly David Fang).
Automatic xz unarchiving is a _convenience_ to maintainers, but not
essential for users of the 10.4-EOL distribution.

Fink's code is freely available and modifiable, so if anybody wants to
backport automatic xz unarchiving to the 0.30 branch, perhaps a release
can be made incorporating that.
