Your error has nothing (yet) to do with octave. And what you're reporting is the _symptom_ of an earlier error: http://www.finkproject.org/faq/comp-general.php?phpLang=en#mv-failed i.e. that something along the way failed and the libfltk.*.dylib files didn't get generated. Check through your the output and look for an earlier error.
