Sorry for the late reply.  I don't have access to anything other than
10.8 at the moment, and I was hoping someone who has access might reply.

I've attached a new buici-clock.info which corresponds to the most
recent version I could find (the original upstream site appears to be
defunct).  It worked for me on 10.8.

If you'd like to try it out, then put a copy of this new
buici-clock.info in /sw/fink/dists/local/main/finkinfo and use "fink
install buici-clock" to install the new version.

If you can report that it works for you then I'll add it to the 10.4/
tree for 10.5 and 10.6 users.
