Hello!

ImageMagick cannot use installed Graphviz because none of the PC files (for
pkg-config) is installed. And eight of them are built:

        /sw/build.build/graphviz-2.26.3-6/graphviz-2.26.3/lib/cdt/libcdt.pc

/sw/build.build/graphviz-2.26.3-6/graphviz-2.26.3/lib/cgraph/libcgraph.pc
        /sw/build.build/graphviz-2.26.3-6/graphviz-2.26.3/lib/expr/libexpr.pc
        /sw/build.build/graphviz-2.26.3-6/graphviz-2.26.3/lib/graph/libgraph.pc
        /sw/build.build/graphviz-2.26.3-6/graphviz-2.26.3/lib/gvc/libgvc.pc
        /sw/build.build/graphviz-2.26.3-6/graphviz-2.26.3/lib/gvpr/libgvpr.pc

/sw/build.build/graphviz-2.26.3-6/graphviz-2.26.3/lib/pathplan/libpathplan.pc
        /sw/build.build/graphviz-2.26.3-6/graphviz-2.26.3/lib/xdot/libxdot.pc

The check ImageMagick's configure script performs is:

        $PKG_CONFIG --exists --print-errors "libgvc >= 2.9.0"

(In MacPorts and the binary PKG files from Graphviz's web site libexpr.pc is
not installed. It also seems that some package dependencies are obsolete: GTS,
GtkGLExt, Glade, Glut – they're only used by the smyrna viewer which is not
built. The current stable version is graphviz-2.28.0.)
