Make sure you also updated the xcode command line tools.  Apple 
unfortunately decoupled the updating of the xcode.app bundle from the 
command line tools and for historical reasons those are called 'xcode' 
within Fink (xcode.app is the xcode.app bundle).

The updated command line tools can be downloaded from within Xcode.app 
preferences or via connect.apple.com.
