Well, I had trouble because of the DEVELOPER_DIR settings while installing fink initially (on source release). The "xcodebuild -license" didn't work, and I had to set it.
I ran the command "fink list -t xcode" and got in return: $ fink list -t xcode WARNING: Unable to parse the line "/Users/marc # Fink configuration, initially created by bootstrap" at line 1 of "/sw/etc/fink.conf". Fink is set up to use your xcode-select settings to find xcode.app. Your xcode-select setting looks right, too.
