Updated the tools ... I haven't done much with that system in a long time.

For constant.h I get:

> dpkg -L opensp5-dev | grep constant

Nothing at all.

After the rebuild I now get:

> dpkg -L opensp5-dev | grep constant
/sw/include/OpenSP/constant.h

And the updates completed successfully.
