I think you meant dpkg -S /sw/include/completion.h. I don't have any header
files in /sw/bin. The package in question is 4ti2. I removed the header file
and the package, and I reran update of qt3-shlibs which built successfully. Let
me know when you figure out why 4ti2 was interfering with the qt3 build.
