There is another thread on this list (started 2 days ago) where the same error is discussed. The problem is that all the qt4 packages need special patches to become compatible with the new c++ library used by Apple's compilers on 10.9. Whereas the qt4-base-x11 packages have been adapted, qtwebkit is a more difficult case and is still resisting.
