At this point, I don't fully rememeber why the xcode.app BuildDependency
is there.  I've always had the CLI and .app installed, so it's hard for me
to test now.  If you do want to test, edit the file
/sw/fink/dists/stable/main/finkinfo/libs/qt4-base-mac.info, and remove the
xcode.app line in the BuildDepends field (might need to kill the trailing
comma in the previous line as well).  Then try to rebuild qt4-base-mac. 
If it builds, please let us know so that the superfluous Dep can be
removed.  Thanks,
