Thanks for the tip - I had not known where to put the files. Unfortunately my browser is having the same problem the curl command has been having -- I have tried at least 10 different sites and the download seems to hang at around 345k out of 578k. It is almost like a bad file got out and has propagated to many locations. The actual file is libzip-0.11.2.tar.gz of package libzip2-0.11.2-1. If I don't come up with something soon I will start a new thread.
