Yep, libvpx 1.3.0 is broken by Xcode 6.3 and I don’t know how to fix it. 
Fortunately, the new 1.4.0 does work but since it drops API I can’t just update 
libvpx without possibly breaking things so I added a new libvpx14 package with 
the new version. Packages that use libvpx will have to be changed to see if 
they work with libvpx14.
