The install path name length is being exceeded in your case. Try adding....
perl -pi -e 's|-install_name|-headerpad_max_install_names
-install_name|g' %b/gcc/Makefile.in
to the end of the PatchScript in llvm-gcc42-10.9.info in your case
(which should work around your long path).
